Job Responsibilities
1. Personnel management, responsible for managing the housekeeping, team building, work arrangement, and daily work supervision of cooks, drivers, nannies and aunts 2. Property management, daily residential maintenance of the clubhouse, water and electricity, garden greening, to ensure the comfort and safety of the house. 3. Coordinate reception, responsible for customer reception, banquets, recipes, materials, fixed assets, supplier management and maintenance 4. Financial management: responsible for the expenses of the club, providing relevant suggestions, making corresponding data reports for various expenses, and other work arrangements
Job Requirements
1. World-renowned university degree, native of Japan, Hong Kong (Chinese mainland with Japan work permit), English, Japanese, Mandarin can be used as working language 2. Those who have worked experience in senior family life housekeeper or five-star hotel, with no less than three years of experience 3. Have the ability to process multiple tasks in parallel, clearly know the priority of work, and have the ability to solve problems 4. Have good organizational and coordination skills, work calmly, carefully and have a good sense of service 5.
