Job Responsibilities
Developing and executing a strategic Channel Sales plan for the DACH region, aimed at strengthening relationships with distribution partners, expanding customer reach, and increasing rev enue.Identifying and cultivating new channel partners, including wholesalers, installers, and EPC/IPP companies, while managing existing relationships to maximize sales poten tial.Maintaining an active sales pipeline within the channel, regularly meeting and exceeding revenue targets by driving new business and deepening engagement with current part ners.Collaborating with marketing and product management teams to provide input on product development, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored to channel n eeds.Serving as the primary point of contact for channel partners, offering ongoing support, training, and guidance to ensure alignment with GoodWe’s business objectives and market pres ence.Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, build networks, and stay updated on market trends that could impact the channel sales stra tegy.Analyzing performance within the distribution network, providing forecasts, and adjusting strategies based on customer feedback and market dynamics to ensure sustained growth.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in Channel Sales within the solar/PV industry, with a deep understanding of distribution networks, wholesalers, and strategic partne rships.Strong existing network in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the PV industry across the DACH region.Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of securing and managing high-value partne rships.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including large groups and C-level exec utives.Expertise in customer relationship management, with a focus on supporting distribution channels and ensuring partner s uccess.Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or a related technical or commercial field. Alternatively, a commercial degree with high technical af finity.Native German speaker with fluent English profi ciency.A minimum of 5 years of experience in the German photovoltaic industry, specifically in managing channel sales (preferably inverters or similar pro ducts).Strong multicultural competence with the ability to navigate diverse international teams and m arkets.Willingness to travel frequently across the DACH region and occasionally internati
