Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and management of offline channels for electric scooters, electric bicycles and other two-wheeled bicycle products in the European market, including the expansion and maintenance of distributors, retailers and other partners. 2. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive sales growth in the European market and achieve regional revenue targets. 3. In-depth understanding of local market demand, collect industry information, analyze competitor dynamics, and optimize channel strategies. 4. Assist partners in marketing activities, provide training and support, and improve partners' sales capabilities. 5. Manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve channel partner issues and conflicts in a timely manner. 6. Regularly feedback market dynamics, sales data and partners to the company to provide a basis for the company's decision-making.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, international trade or related. 2. Fluent in English and Polish or German, able to communicate with local customers without barriers. 3. More than 3-5 years of relevant work experience, overseas channel management or sales experience is preferred. 4. Familiar with the offline channel management process, with strong market analysis and customer management capabilities. 5. Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
