Job Responsibilities
1. Managing business team’s daily operation; 2. Overseeing company’s key accounts that assigned; 3. Working closely with Finance department, to ensure reaching company’s financial goals and department’s budgets; 4. Create and continue improving company’s training program; 5. Work with other department heads to build, maintain and improve internal work flow; 6. Train and motivate team leaders, set up clear team goals, create an inspiring team environment and an open communication culture; 7. Monitor team performance based on agreed metric, acknowledge successes and higher performance within team; 8. Other work assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
1.8+ years' working experience in Printing&Packaging industry or Display field; 2. Rich experience at customer service、project management、team leading、training and executive management; 3. Fluent English and Chinese as working language; 4. Good at communication,excellent teamwork spirit; 5. Anti-pressure ability.
