Job Responsibilities

1. Must have experience in construction management related to lithium battery engineering, biopharmaceuticals, or purification engineering. 2. Strong construction organization ability, capable of analyzing and judging, and solving problems that arise during construction. 3. Familiar with CAD, Tianzheng design software, and other office software. Proficient in engineering budgeting, quality management, cost management, and construction organization design. 4. Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit and a sense of responsibility towards work. 5. Must hold a Level 1 Electromechanical Constructor Certificate issued by the national authority. 6. Proficiency in international English or Russian is preferred.

Job Requirements

1. Assemble the project team, develop the project schedule and objectives, and manage the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, and progress control. 2. Organize the preparation of project documentation to ensure all phases proceed according to established timelines. 3. Communicate project plans with owners/clients and adjust according to client requirements in a timely manner.
