Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for expanding and developing CARMU platform’s export business, identifying overseas customer and channel cooperation opportunities, and handling local distributor product installation, usage guidance, and coordination with domestic suppliers. 2. Implement the company's overall strategy by systematically advancing the localization team’s formation, training, and work optimization in Moscow and surrounding areas. 3. Lead the local team to efficiently achieve the company's overall user growth targets, continually optimizing supply and demand coordination among upstream and downstream automotive businesses. 4. Conduct periodic market research to dynamically understand and report local automotive market opportunities and risks to headquarters, including but not limited to policy, market, demand, competition, and feedback on company products and services. 5. Maintain relationships with local automotive dealers, lead the team in timely follow-up with key clients for contact, visits, and usage training.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in Russian, with an understanding of local culture and customs; English proficiency is a plus. 2. Experience in managing international teams, with a preference for those with experience in Russia and Central Asia. 3. Awareness and sensitivity to internet B2B platforms, with a strong aptitude for data statistics, analysis, and relationships. 4. Familiarity with basic automotive trade processes; experience as an automotive exporter is preferred. 5. Strong ability to handle pressure, excellent team collaboration skills, and a global perspective with a clear career ambition.
