Job Responsibilities

Market development and customer expansion: Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in the Russian speaking market, developing new customers, maintaining existing customers, and expanding market share. Participate in Russian language exhibitions, industry forums, and other activities to showcase company products, promote the company brand, and attract potential customers. Market analysis and report: Collect and analyze overseas market information, including competitor dynamics, market demand changes, etc., to provide support for company decision-making. Order Management and Customer Service: Responsible for handling customer orders, including contract signing, order tracking, shipping arrangements, etc. Provide high-quality customer service, solve problems encountered by customers during use, and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in science or engineering Hands-on background: Having 2 years or more of sales work experience(pumps, valves and actuators) , familiar with international trade processes and overseas markets. Agents are suitable. Ability and Quality: Proficiency in Chinese for effective work communication. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Having good teamwork spirit and stress resistance, able to adapt to business trips and frequent communication in China. Having a strong sense of customer service and being able to provide satisfactory service to customers. Other requirements: Proficient in using office software such as Office and various online sales platforms. Familiar with foreign trade correspondence writing skills, able to write professional sales emails and reports.
