Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain overseas customers according to the company's sales strategy; 2. Be responsible for the execution of signed sales contracts, follow up on customer orders, and coordinate and handle issues related to delivery time, quality, payment, and other problems that arise during order fulfillment; 3. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with after-sales, quality, R&D, and other relevant departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited, must be proficient in Arabic, and English should be used as a working language; 2. Good communication skills, project coordination ability, and team spirit, with a knack for observation and learning; 3. Strong execution ability, initiative, and a sense of responsibility for goals, able to withstand high work pressure; 4. Familiarity with network communication products, 3C electronic product sales, and knowledge of international trade is preferred.
