Job Responsibilities
1. Rapidly build a telemarketing team responsible for leading the loan team to achieve the performance targets set by the company and break down task objectives. 2. Manage and allocate personnel within the telemarketing team, supervising and assessing their performance. 3. Oversee personnel management, business management, and data management within the telemarketing team. 4. Plan, establish, and improve the implementation plan for the telemarketing center, including management systems, business standards, and processes, adjusting and refining internal management processes and norms based on the company’s actual development. 5. Develop relevant on-site management systems, service standards, and business operation guidelines. 6. Manage the overall business operations of the telemarketing center, supervise on-site management, allocate positions, seating resources, and data resources efficiently, monitor operational quality, and continuously improve internal operational capabilities.
Job Requirements
1. Over 3 years of experience in loan telemarketing management, managing a team of 100+ people. 2. Willingness to adapt to business trips and night shifts is preferred. 3. Possess industry foresight, expertise in loan business, and skills in on-site operations, personnel management, and project data analysis.
