Job Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging music lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. Create lesson plans and curriculum that align with international music education standards. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their learning experience. Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to improve the overall music program. Participate in school events, concerts, and performances. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field. At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a music education setting. Native or near-native English language proficiency. Proficiency in at least one musical instrument (piano, guitar, violin, etc.). Experience with music theory and history. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. A passion for music and a commitment to student success. Valid work visa or eligibility to work in China.
