Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the overseas team to complete various procurement plans and production tasks assigned by the company on time, with quality and quantity ensured. 2. Conduct research on agricultural product origins and collect market information. 3. Assist the regional general manager in recruiting, training, and managing local overseas employees. 4. Ensure the safety of the overseas company's assets. 5. Assist the regional general manager in maintaining various relationships for the overseas company in the local area. 6. Actively cooperate and coordinate work across different positions. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or above, major is not limited; international trade or economics preferred. 2. Proficient in Portuguese and able to communicate in Portuguese. English can also be used as a working language. 3. Ambitious and determined to develop long-term with the company. 4. Good character, hardworking, meticulous, proactive, and possesses good teamwork awareness. 5. Physically healthy, with good psychological qualities and stress resistance.
