Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily operations of import and export logistics for subsidiaries in the designated region, including logistics supplier introduction, overseas central warehouse layout management, customs management, inland transportation management, and overseas logistics process management. 2. Build and lead the overseas logistics team, establish standardized operating procedures and regulations for the department, and ensure their implementation. 3. Develop logistics transportation plans for the countries or regions where overseas subsidiaries are located, considering overseas sales demands (Russian-speaking regions, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, South America, etc.), and ensure that logistics and warehousing costs align with company objectives. 4. Oversee customs and tax work, research policies, ensure compliance and accuracy of import customs declarations, and customize optimal import solutions and accurate import clearance documentation. 5. Plan the overseas logistics network, determine the best prices, and identify the most suitable logistics routes. 6. Develop and manage logistics carriers, enhance the global logistics network, and improve logistics efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in logistics, international trade, economics, or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of experience in international logistics, warehousing and distribution management, or international trade within large or medium-sized enterprises. 3. Familiar with overseas customs clearance, transportation processes, and key operation points; skilled in international logistics and trade processes. 4. Good proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 5. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software; skilled in using various functions, statistical analysis methods, and report modeling. 6. Clear logical thinking, strong execution and planning abilities, with strong risk control and data analysis skills.
