Job Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with important users and business partners. Maintain customer relationships by using Line, Facebook Messengers, callings, and emails. 2. Be responsible for revenue events and business cooperation activities on the platform and for the result of them. 3. Work cross-functionally with PM, Engineering, Marketing, and Content Team to guarantee timely product launches and new function updates. 4. Some other things that need to be supported.
Job Requirements
1. Native Thai people, Bachelor’s degree or above; good at English communication an if speak Mandarin & past HSK-6 will be better. 2. At least half year of VIP users operation or customer service in online live streaming/voice chat application or other related area. 3. Be patient, have good thinking logic, data analysis and communication and proficient in Microsoft Software, expertise in Excel and PPT.
