Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the preparation of budgets and cost control as required by the headquarters. 2. Responsible for real estate management tasks, including office selection, renovation, relocation, and other related activities, in accordance with local conditions and the headquarters' requirements. 3. Handle the daily maintenance of the office area, which includes security, cleanliness, and routine repairs. 4. Plan, organize, and implement local events, such as annual meetings, birthday parties, and other company gatherings. 5. Coordinate the daily affairs and schedules for executives, and assist in managing public relations matters. 6.Others arranged by temporarily.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with over 6 years of work experience. 2.Strong communication and execution skills, able to handle daily affairs independently, and good at team work. 3.Good at English and Chinese, familiar with local laws, regulations, and relevant policies 4.Detail-oriented, thorough, and organized, good at communication summarizing and organizing.
