Job Responsibilities
Expand LONGi Solar’s sales network by identifying, pitching and building relationships with potential partners and/or customers within Photovoltaic utility segment in France Lead commercial efforts in assigned region, including formulation of the sales contract negotiation and contract confirmation. Implement and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategy. Focus on monocrystalline silicon module sales, pipeline development and fostering relationships among Utility customers. Build and implement sales strategies appropriate for the assigned business segments. Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After-Sales support. Communicate effectively with internal teams including marketing, technical service centre, legal, finance and operation management, etc. to ensure smooth fulfilment of sales orders. Occasionally be involved in strategic growth opportunities that the company is pursuing. Depending on the evolving needs of the business, the future incumbent may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in sales and account management within Photovoltaic sector across France market Solid understanding of solar large scale and EPC business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills and result-driven capability. Able to travel and represent the company in various commercial engagements. Organized and able to manage sales orders end-to-end (from booking until fulfilment). Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in solar industry (prior experience in wind sector can be considered) Proven track record in closing transactions. Business fluent in English and French Competency in office software tools
