Job Responsibilities
1. Developing new agents, channels and major customers in the region to expand market share, follow up key customer and key projects to ensure effective sales and long-term cooperation, monitor performance completion 2. Collecting customer product information in overseas markets, analyzing customer needs and pain points, and combining the company's products and technologies according to customer product planning to promote sales 3. Do industry market research and analysis, understand competitors' sales strategies, price systems and other market information, and formulate corresponding competitive strategies 4. Review and supervise daily overseas business processes, implement the company's sales price policies etc, training and assessment of the team, coordinate the internal resources of the company, and be responsible for the external communication of the department to ensure the smooth completion of the sales work
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. More than 5 years of industrial equipment sales experience, familiar with overseas sales business processes, experience in the injection molding machine industry is preferred 3. Fluent in English 4. Strong communication skills, market analysis and research capabilities, customer relationship management capabilities, focus on teamwork, strong internal drive and sense of purpose, professionalism
