Job Responsibilities

I. Translation Work Responsible for written translation between Chinese and Thai, including but not limited to documents, contracts, reports, technical materials, and promotional materials, ensuring translations are accurate, fluent, and in accordance with professional terminology and industry standards. Undertake interpretation tasks in settings such as business negotiations, meetings, and training, accurately conveying both parties' meanings and facilitating smooth communication. II. Document Management Organize and archive translated documents, ensuring they are easily searchable and usable. Establish a translation terminology database and corpus, continuously enriching and improving translation resources to enhance efficiency and quality. III. Communication and Coordination Work closely with various departments to understand their translation needs and provide high-quality translation services promptly. Communicate and collaborate with external translation agencies or professionals to resolve challenges encountered during the translation process. IV. Quality Control Conduct self-checks and reviews of your own translations to ensure there are no errors or omissions. Participate in translation quality assessment work, providing improvement suggestions to continuously enhance the overall level of the translation team.
