Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities 1. Provide accurate Chinese-Khmer interpretation and translation for meetings, documents, emails, and daily communication. 2. Facilitate bilingual communication between management and local staff, clients, or partners. 3. Translate business contracts, reports, and other materials, and maintain proper documentation. 4.Assist the manager in scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. 5. Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and interdepartmental coordination. 6. Monitor project progress, report outcomes, and propose improvements. 7. Support the manager in communicating with teams to ensure efficient workflow. 8. Collaborate with colleagues on operational tasks and company initiatives.
Job Requirements
Requirements 1. Fluent in both Chinese and Khmer (mandatory). 2. Basic English skills are a plus, but not required. 3. Prior experience in translation or administrative roles is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. 6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
