Job Responsibilities

1. Alternately work in Los Angeles, USA, or Foshan, China, assisting as a warehouse administrator. 2. Fully responsible for managing the inbound and outbound operations of raw material warehouses. 3. Overall coordination of the receipt of materials needed for production, preparation of materials and the materials shortage list (and ongoing replenishment), as well as scheduling and following up on related shipping matters. 4. Ensure that subordinates manage the site visually and implement 6S site management effectively, ensuring that physical inventory matches system records. 5. Closely monitor daily tasks related to fire prevention, theft prevention, and moisture control in the warehouse area, leading the team to improve raw material warehouse management smoothly.

Job Requirements

1. Hold a valid U.S. visa and be willing to work in the U.S. for at least 2-3 months or longer. 2. Have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse management in the manufacturing industry. 3. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the various knowledge related to the shipment of machinery and auxiliary materials.
