Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for 3D modeling of AGV/AMR mobile robot products and making product engineering drawings; 2. Sorted out and prepared technical documents such as product detail list, inspection procedure, operation manual, etc.; 3. Responsible for new product trial production, installation and debugging guidance;   4. Responsible for communicating with suppliers and solving various problems encountered in the design and production process;   5. Participate in the whole process of project research and development, implementation and implementation. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors or the company.

Job Requirements

1. More than 2 years of AGV design and development experience, more than 5 years of non-standard automatic assembly and testing equipment design experience in mechanical industry, with the ability to undertake a complete project or complete workstation equipment design alone; 2. Familiar with the selection of servo motor, electric push rod, ball screw and rolling guide rail, as well as the laser, ultrasonic, far-infrared and visual sensors commonly used in mobile robot navigation such as AGV, and have application experience; 3. Familiar with the construction industry wear-resistant floor, epoxy floor and all kinds of stone floor leveling, grinding, cleaning, dry and wet vacuum, marking, spraying, marking and other automatic construction machinery, or all kinds of automatic sweeper, pavement marking machine, wall painting machine structure principle and design experience is preferred; Familiar with AGV/AMR overall structure, and familiar with AGV chassis and suspension structure and vehicle automation equipment design experience is preferred; 5. Strong capability of 3D software mechanical design modeling and drawing; Good command of SolidWorks, mechanical drawing software; Age: 28-45 years old 6. Strong initiative, teamwork spirit and able to work under pressure
