Job Responsibilities

1. Hardware circuit design, EE derivative design, and formulation and completion of testing plans. 2. Lead the team to complete analysis of defects in SMT/assembly/REL and create related reports; resolve technical issues and lead daily meetings with clients to report and communicate progress on issue analysis. 3. Lead the team in addressing significant issues encountered during project analysis, overseeing task completion and resource coordination and allocation. 4. Interface with U.S. and domestic EE clients, interpret client needs, and lead the team to complete various tasks assigned by clients. 5. Prepare hardware design-related documentation required for projects. 6. Preliminary research on new technologies.

Job Requirements

1. Extensive knowledge of digital circuits, analog circuits, power supply, signal integrity, and other hardware circuit design areas. 2. Proficient in using various testing equipment to complete product hardware performance testing. 3. Preferred: Excellent spoken English skills, able to communicate effectively in meetings with U.S. clients. 4. Experience as the main hardware responsible person in ODM projects.
