Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer with strong project management skills and an engineering background to lead new product development from the design validation phase through production validation and into mass production. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products meet the required quality and production standards, managing the entire development cycle and collaborating with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: -Draft DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans to ensure product reliability and risk management throughout the development process. -Identify potential risks in design and production phases, and develop effective mitigation strategies. -Collaborate with the procurement team to identify suitable suppliers and efficient manufacturing methods for product components. -Oversee product lab testing to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. -Draw and implement validation plans to verify product performance and ensure readiness for production. -Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met. -Communicate progress and key milestones to internal stakeholders and clients.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. -Proven experience in product development, particularly in electronic manufacturing. -Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. -Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and/or ISO13485:2016 standards. -Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: -Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. -Experience with design validation and production validation processes. -Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and processes. -Proficient in office software and skilled in 2D/3D drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. -Prior experience in a similar role within the electronics industry.
