Job Responsibilities

1. Halal Material and Equipment Certificate Management (1) Responsible for collecting, sorting and managing the Halal certification certificates of all materials and equipment of the company to ensure the validity and compliance of the certificates. (2) Regularly check the renewal of the supplier's Halal certificate to prevent the use of expired or non-compliant raw materials and equipment. 2. Store data collection and application submission (1) Collect the basic information required for Halal certification of each store to ensure that the information is complete and accurate. (2) Responsible for the online application submission of Halal certification to ensure that all materials meet the requirements of JAKIM. (3) Maintain a database of store Halal applications to ensure that all submission records are clear and traceable. 3. Halal Training & Store Inspections (1) Organize Halal training to ensure that all applicant stores participate in the training and understand the Halal operating practices and certification requirements. (2) Conduct on-site inspections of stores to ensure that store operations comply with the procedural requirements of the Halal Government. (3) Monitor the rectification of the store, follow up the correction progress of the non-standard items, and provide improvement suggestions. 4. Official communication and certification approval follow-up (1) Responsible for communicating with Halal certification bodies and government officials, and responding to problems in the certification process in a timely manner. (2) Count and analyze the approval or rejection of Halal certification in stores, find out common problems and optimize the application process. (3) Responsible for the management, archiving and renewal of the store's Halal certificate, and ensure that the renewal application is completed before the expiration of the certificate.

Job Requirements

1. Language foundation can use English or Chinese to communicate; 2. Familiar with the complete process of HALAL certification; 3. Able to operate HALAL certification independently.
