Job Responsibilities
1. Facing overseas customers and responding to customer needs in a timely manner; 2. Responsible for problem collection, technical support, training and guidance of overseas systems; 3. Participate in the iterative optimization and upgrading of the platform; 4. Responsible for the preparation of system operation and maintenance documents and the update of knowledge base.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer/English/German/Spanish and other related majors; 2. At least 1 year working experience, familiar with Office software (especially PowerPoint, Visio), proficient in using SVN, JIRA, Zen Tao and other common tools; 3. Good communication and expression skills, obey the company's arrangement, have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
