Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: - Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from LeapRight’s training and consulting solutions, focusing on both new and existing markets. - Proactively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings. - Attend networking events, industry conferences, and other events to promote LeapRight’s services. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication. - Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement and relay this information to internal teams. Sales Strategy Development: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and initiatives that align with LeapRight’s goals. - Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and approaches. - Contribute to the creation of tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the value of LeapRight’s training programs. Sales Target Achievement: - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on both new client acquisition and maximising value from existing clients. - Track and report sales metrics, including pipeline development, sales activities, and closed contracts, using LeapRight’s CRM tools. - Ensure consistent progress in the sales pipeline to meet business growth objectives. Collaboration & Coordination: - Work closely with LeapRight’s training and consulting teams to develop tailored solutions that address specific client needs. - Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and positioning to attract the right client segments. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve any logistical challenges. Revenue Management: - Analyse and Understand Profitability: Assess the profitability of various training solutions to ensure that sales efforts focus on high-margin offerings that contribute positively to LeapRight’s bottom line. - Commission Structure: Earn a 20% commission on profits from all signed contracts, applicable to both new and existing clients. This structure incentivises a focus on generating sustainable growth and delivering value for both LeapRight and its clients. - Expand Revenue Streams: Propose new service offerings, identify upsell opportunities, and work on expanding the scope of existing contracts to maximise revenue potential from each client engagement.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in the training, consulting, or professional services industry. - Skills: Exceptional communication skills, professional in Chinese and good in English, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively. - Mindset: A self-starter with a passion for sales and client engagement, possessing a growth mindset and resilience in a competitive market. - Networking Ability: Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from managers to executives. - Organisational Skills: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
