Job Responsibilities
1. Analyze tenders or technical requirements, confirm and clarify customer needs, provide relevant technical solutions, and assist department heads in pricing; 2. Coordinate with R&D to develop plans based on customer delivery schedules; 3. Responsible for customer training; 4. Oversee project acceptance with customers; 5. Handle product faults and after-sales issues within the project scope.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, any major; engineering or science background preferred; 2. Fluent in English for verbal communication; 3. 3 years or more of work experience; 4. Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and stress resistance; 5. Experience with electric meters, AMI metering systems, power distribution, or energy storage products is preferred; experience with overseas business travel or work is also preferred.
