Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for following up customers' orders, replying customers' emails, receiving customers' after-sales service visits, receiving and registering customers' feedbacks from various channels; 2. Responsible for managing sales channels and customer information, and developing new customers; 3. Participated in the product promotion of the medical device exhibition arranged by the company; 4. Follow up the payment collection of customers, assist in the collection of overdue payments, and report to the general manager if the collection is invalid; 5. Participated in department meetings, new project review meetings and trial production meetings, and put forward suggestions on technical requirements related to products;
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above; 2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, familiar with sales process; 3. Strong communication skills, strain capacity and teamwork spirit, familiar with basic computer operations and proficient in office software; 4. The company provides all platforms: Ali, linkedin, wechat, Skype, etc., to expand foreign trade business and after-sales service;
