Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the brand strategy - Collaborate with the director to develop the long-term brand strategy (brand positioning, vision and mission, brand strategy) and operational goals (market share, net profit margin) for the brand. 2. Develop product planning for the brand - Based on brand strategy and market research, responsible for formulating a 3-5 year product plan for each brand. 3. NPI planning and execution: - Based on the product plan, responsible for creating a specific NPI plan for the product; - Manage consumer insights, product concept generation, business analysis, product validation, launch management, and post-launch evaluation within the NPI process; - Organize the product team in the brand department to complete product development; - Coordinate with other departments involved in the process to complete their respective tasks. 4. Organize the formulation of integrated marketing planning: - Based on the NPI launch plan, develop an integrated marketing plan; - Responsible for delivering the initial components of the plan, including but not limited to: a. Market analysis and target positioning; b. Brand positioning and strategy; c. Integrated marketing objectives; d. Overall budget. - Hand over to the integrated marketing teams to output specific strategies and plans, including but not limited to: a. Communication strategies; b. Selection of communication channels; c. Specific budget and resource allocation; d. Content strategy and content production planning; e. Marketing promotion and advertising strategies; f. Timelines and execution plans. - Assist the director in reviewing the integrated marketing plan and compile the complete integrated marketing proposal. - Organize the integrated marketing team for project evaluation and reflection.

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years of work experience, with English as a working language; Chinese proficiency is preferred. 2. Experience in managing NPI projects is preferred; experience in full-cycle brand operations and overseas operations is also a plus. 3. Experience in major fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is preferred, with successful cases, project achievements, and project management capabilities. 4. Responsible, self-driven, insightful, critical thinker, with strong creativity and aesthetic sensibility.
