Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for brand promotion in the local overseas market, gradually establishing the brand's image and market position. 2. Analyze the market, identify business opportunities, expand the client base, establish partnerships, and achieve performance targets. 3. Optimize client process management, including information gathering, handling inquiries, signing orders, client follow-up, and payment collection, while also tracking after-sales service for equipment. 4. Build a local client system, forecast distribution for client distributors, plan products, set budgets, and advance from business coverage to business depth.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in English/Russian for smooth interviews and professional business introductions with international clients. 2. Familiar with local culture and environment, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills; strong logical analysis and keen observation; quick thinking, eager to learn, and adaptable. 3. Practical experience in overseas channel sales and client development in the security industry; familiar with international trade and foreign trade documentation processes; knowledgeable about relevant international market policies, regulations, conventions, and practices. 4. Experience with established local business resources and client development. 5. Strong market development capabilities and resilience under pressure.
