Job Responsibilities

1. Daily project management, responsible for project delivery and customer satisfaction. 2. Organize project construction and delivery—project outputs include project organizational structure diagram, project member list, project kickoff meeting, and project task overview. 3. Facilitate unobstructed communication and management with all project stakeholders—project outputs include project communication plan or project reporting mechanism. 4. Manage project planning and implementation—project outputs include implementation progress and project milestones. 5. Manage the project team and provide IDC technical support. 6. Conduct project risk assessment and identification, and develop risk response plans. 7. Address and resolve on-site project issues.

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years of project management experience in the IDC field, with on-site project management experience, strong project communication and coordination skills, and experience working with both Chinese and local Indonesian clients. 2. Diligent and dedicated. 3. Fair and impartial, able to manage both the overall picture and details in project management. 4. Emotionally stable, unaffected by personal emotions in daily project work.
