Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for IT operation and maintenance service project management, developing annual operation and maintenance plans, ensuring project progress, quality, and cost control. 2. Ensure the stable operation of all systems, including support and maintenance of hardware devices, operating systems, virtualization, databases, and various business application systems. Regularly evaluate and optimize system performance, prevent and promptly handle various system failures and abnormal situations. Based on the current business situation and technological development trends, propose improvement suggestions or innovative points; 3. Develop and implement strict information security policies to ensure that all systems comply with the requirements of PetroChina Group and relevant domestic and international legal standards, and to prevent data leakage or system attacks. Organize regular security audits and drills, update and improve information security protection measures. 4. Responsible for coordinating and arranging IT operations and remote service personnel, optimizing resource allocation and personnel planning, and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 5. Develop and update emergency plans, organize emergency response drills, and ensure that normal services can be quickly restored in case of emergencies. Manage and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure the secure backup and recovery capabilities of critical business data. 6. Maintain close communication with various business departments, understand changes in business requirements, and provide IT system support and assurance for business development. Participate in the development and implementation of IT service level agreements to ensure that IT services meet business needs and achieve the required service quality. 7. As the first person responsible for IT operation and maintenance services, I coordinate various tasks related to IT operation and maintenance service management when facing customers. 8. Responsible for HelpDesk/ServiceDesk management and optimization. 9. Responsible for IT operation and maintenance service SLA, service quality, and improvement.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, CET-6 or equivalent, major in computer communication and information related, with at least 5 years of experience in IT operation and maintenance service management. 2. Understand IT infrastructure businesses such as network, optical transmission, storage, servers, IP voice, CCTV, etc. 3. Has the ability to coordinate service management and utilize existing resources to promote project delivery and operation. 4. Experience in budget, execution, and cost control management of IT operation and maintenance service projects. 5. Can quickly identify hidden dangers, SLA non-compliance, and abnormal time situations in IT operation and maintenance services, and promote solutions. 6. Strong reporting and communication skills. 7. Strong customer service awareness, on-site safety awareness, and strong execution ability. 8. Recognize the company culture, possess a high sense of work responsibility, and work meticulously. 9. Familiar with management systems such as CMMI, ISO, ITIL, PMP, etc. 10. English can be used as the working language, and those with experience in operating and maintaining multinational enterprise systems are preferred.
