Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and Manage Offline Channels: Responsible for the expansion and management of the company's brand products in the Middle East, focusing on offline channels. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans based on the company's overall strategy and market conditions to achieve sales targets. 2. Develop and Maintain Distributor Relationships: Expand sales channels and build a comprehensive distribution system covering distributors and offline retailers. Prioritize candidates with successful experience in overseas market expansion. 3. Establish Local Channel System: Build a local channel system by identifying and developing channels with high initial willingness. Address fundamental needs such as distribution, stocking, local delivery, and after-sales support. 4. Manage Channel Negotiations and Strategies: Conduct business negotiations with channel clients, perform market research, develop strategies, and manage the promotion of new products within the channel. 5. Maintain and Expand Customer Relationships: Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clients and markets. Create sales expense budgets, control sales costs, and enhance sales profitability.
Job Requirements
1. Over five years of experience as a National Manager in the consumer electronics sector, with proficiency in the local daily language. 2. Familiarity with specific markets, regulations, and policies in the Middle East. 3. Ability to perceive market trends, understand market dynamics, and independently organize market development activities. 4. Willingness to travel or be stationed overseas. 5. Strong team management experience with skills in cross-departmental communication and coordination. 6. Arabic as a working language.
