Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for independently drafting, reviewing and revising contracts and legal documents related to the company's overseas trade, and improving the company's standard contract texts; 2. Participate in the business negotiation of major projects and major contracts, and provide legal support for the company's project decision-making; 3. Handle the company's foreign-related litigation, arbitration and other disputes, and safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests in a timely and effective manner; 4. Participate in the construction of the compliance management system, follow up the policy trends of relevant national laws and regulations, and implement them in daily legal work; 5. Provide daily legal advice and guidance for business lines, and carry out legal knowledge training for business departments; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Legal background, bachelor degree or above, passed the legal professional qualification examination; 2. More than 5 years of work experience as a corporate legal or lawyer, working experience in the photovoltaic industry, foreign trade and other related work experience is preferred; 3. English and Spanish can be used as working languages, and can participate in business negotiations; 4. Work meticulously and conscientiously, have independent thinking ability and adaptability, strong communication and coordination skills and ability to work under pressure
