Job Responsibilities
1. Team Management and Coordination: Manage and supervise the daily work of the on-ground team, ensuring that team members are clear about their responsibilities and goals; Develop and execute the team’s work plan to ensure all tasks are completed on time. 2. Planning and Execution: Assist in formulating the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan; Participate in planning specific marketing activities. 3. Influencer Collaboration and Social Media Operations: Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs); Oversee the content publishing schedule on social media platforms and evaluate its effectiveness. 4. E-commerce Operations Assistance: Work closely with the e-commerce platform team to ensure effective implementation of online sales.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business management, or related fields. 2. At least 1 year of experience in marketing or related fields, with a preference for candidates with successful marketing case experience. 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across departments and effectively manage internal and external resources. 4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platform operations, with data analysis capabilities. 5. Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is preferred.
