Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall management and execution of local overseas live streaming, accountable for live streaming operation data and results. 2. Responsible for live streaming planning, product selection, traffic management, and conversion, formulating operational plans, and supervising and controlling all operational details to ensure the continuous achievement of project operational goals. 3. Responsible for tracking and analyzing live streaming data, summarizing insights, proposing suggestions and optimization strategies, and producing data analysis reports to optimize live streaming effectiveness, increase user numbers, engagement, follower retention, and conversion rates. 4. Responsible for managing project expenses and revenue, project contract management, and process advancement. 5. Communicate on venue design and construction plans, oversee execution and acceptance.

Job Requirements

1. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with over 2 years of experience in the live streaming industry; overseas work experience or experience in building a team from scratch is preferred; proficiency in English or Indonesian as a working language is preferred. 2. Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Douyin, with strong data analysis skills, understanding of traffic operation rules, and proficiency in resource acquisition and integration. 3. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; excellent project coordination and negotiation abilities; good communication and data analysis skills. 4. Strong stress resistance, responsibility, and self-motivation.
