Job Responsibilities

1. Develop operational strategies for European market platform accounts, achieving company sales targets, and building a data architecture for cross-border e-commerce platforms. This includes setting up systems for data collection, analysis, application, and evaluation. 2. Manage and maintain accounts on platforms such as Amazon Europe VC, Germany's Otto, and French platforms like Cdiscount & Manomano, handling daily account operations. 3. Edit and upload products as required by the platforms and the company, maintain and optimize listing pages to keep them competitive, and boost sales. 4. Replenish inventory based on product turnover to avoid stockouts, list and delist products according to stock levels to prevent overselling, and process daily orders. 5. Handle customer emails and queries, improve the quality and number of reviews, and maintain high account ratings and good credit standing. 6. Regularly monitor product sales and rankings on platforms, optimize and improve product ranking information. 7. Provide data support to management and business departments, identify analytical themes, and conduct data analysis. Offer business strategy recommendations and operational improvement suggestions based on analysis results. 8. Lead periodic business data organization and review, develop indicator management frameworks, and monitor the achievement of business targets. 9. Conduct quantitative analysis of special issues as assigned by management, prepare special analysis reports, and propose solutions. 10. Improve the overall operational level of the team.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, fluent in English reading and writing. Preferred qualifications: CET-6 or higher in English, or Japanese N1, or a minimum of Level 4 in French or German. 2. 3+ years of full-scale operation experience on platforms such as Amazon/Germany's Otto, with preference for experience in managing large products. 3. Familiar with platform policies and regulations, able to reasonably mitigate risks, and effectively safeguard the company's interests. 4. Proactive, responsible, with good communication and organizational skills. Able to handle pressure and possesses a pioneering spirit.
