1.Familiar with store operations, store standardization counseling and promotion. 2.Responsible for carrying out all kinds of franchisee training and assessment. 3.Real-time update of training materials and business processes.

1. Have obtained at least a STPM/Diploma qualification in any discipline. 2. Friendly to colleagues and customers, flexible in thinking and good in dealing with customers. 3. Good communication and written skills.
