Job Responsibilities
1. Collect overseas target market industry dynamics, consumer habits, and competitive product intelligence, and provide data support for product positioning, function optimization, and market strategy; 2. Formulate and implement overseas brand promotion plans, and enhance brand awareness and reputation with the help of social media, SEM, content marketing, and online celebrity cooperation. Plan and organize online and offline marketing activities, such as new product launches and promotional activities, to attract target customers and increase brand exposure; 3. Assist in the daily operation of overseas e-commerce platforms or official websites, covering product launches, page optimization, order processing, logistics tracking, etc., to ensure the smooth operation and good experience of the platform; 4. Respond to overseas customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions in a timely manner, provide high-quality services through email, online customer service, etc., solve customer problems, and improve satisfaction and loyalty. Collect customer feedback, cooperate with the brand center and marketing center, optimize products and services, and meet the needs of overseas customers.
Job Requirements
1. Trade major is preferred, and excellent graduates are acceptable; 2. Proficient in Spanish, English or Chinese; 3. Responsible, upright, strong communication and coordination skills; 4. Cheerful and outgoing, with a certain ability to work under pressure.
