With an extensive network of channel partners, we offer cutting-edge base station antennas, microwave antennas, and RF filters to top-tier regional operators. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager / Account manager to join our team in South Africa, Bangladesh, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan,reporting to the General Manager of the Middle East , Africa and Asia Pacific region. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and will focus on the sales and business development for Local communication operator accounts across the Group and its operating companies.Such as ,MTN,NOKIA,Ericsson,Vodafone、MTN.MTS、Beeline、Tele2、MegaFon,TVCOM,and so on. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with key customers at all levels, acting as the company's business advocate and trusted advisor. • Enhance Brand Visibility: Represent MOBI at significant industry events and expositions, showcasing our comprehensive product portfolio, including base station antennas, microwave antennas, and RF filters. • Identify and Pursue Market Opportunities: Deeply understand customer needs to uncover market opportunities, engage in product bidding and tendering processes, and elevate the recognition and reputation of our products and brand among clients. • Master Client Procurement Processes: Become intimately familiar with the procurement processes of major clients to streamline sales initiatives and ensure alignment with their requirements. • Collaborate with Product Lines: Work closely with MOBI's product lines to tailor specialized market development plans that meet the needs of our customer. • Drive Project Execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from planning to execution, ensuring that initiatives are effectively implemented and deliver the desired outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: • Profound understanding of technology and technical knowledge in the telecommunications sector. • In-depth knowledge of the Africa/Bangladesh/Russia/Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan telecom market, competitors, and related products and services. Competencies and Skills: • Essential: Proficient in English or Russian, French, if there are some other languages for instance African languages (such as Kazakh), or more local languages you are familar with, it will be a distinctive advantage for you. • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
