Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation management of overseas warehouses, configuring manpower according to actual operational needs, reasonably allocating warehouse manpower structure, and managing and training warehouse team members. 2. Design and lead warehouse workflows, ensuring that operational KPIs for outbound, inbound, inventory, and customer service are met, optimizing warehouse efficiency, addressing daily client needs, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring consistency between warehouse accounts and physical inventory. 3. Ensure the physical safety of the warehouse, equipment, and goods. 4. Maintain social relationships in the surrounding area of the warehouse, such as with warehouse landlords, property management, and courier companies, to eliminate operational failures and warn of operational risks. 5. Issue warehouse invoices (or provide billing data support) and propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement suggestions. 6. Suggest optimizations for ERP and WMS systems and assist in their implementation.
Job Requirements
Education Background: Bachelor’s/Associate degree, preferably in engineering. Work Experience: Over 3 years. Professional Skills: Familiar with WMS system logic, experienced in 2B and 2C warehouse workflows, and have experience managing teams of 20 or more. Other Requirements: Fluent in spoken English and proficient in office software.
