Job Responsibilities
1. Follow up and record customer needs and introduce products; 2. Quotation, freight accounting and payment collection follow-up; 3. Select appropriate delivery channels and arrange customs declaration and shipment; 4. Assisted in solving customers' after-sales problems and gave feedback on market conditions; 5. Understand customer needs and provide marketing and sales support; 6. Patience. If I have enough time to follow orders and work with projects, I can also develop new customers by myself and take orders from customers.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, lively personality, friendly attitude, strong learning ability; 2. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English, able to become a working language; 3. At least one year of foreign trade merchandising experience;
