Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across Europe. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the European sales team to exceed sales goals and enhance performance. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies. Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Expand new sales channels and partnerships to enhance sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Performance Monitoring: Establish sales performance metrics, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive sales growth.
Job Requirements
Education /Background/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in sales, with a proven track record in leadership roles within the European market. Experienced in working with local distributors in EU and knowledge of European local retail landscape and resources. Candidates with expertise in Small home appliances, Electronic, Wearable categories will be given priority. Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent leadership, cross cultural communication, and interpersonal skills. Capacity to formulate strategic plans and execute them effectively. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. Willingness to travel as needed across Europe.
