Responsibility: 1 Reply to emails and answer calls. Record all cases with excel files. 2 Quickly, accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries and feedback 3 Handle disputes from customers and improve the account seller rate. 4 Timely feedback information to the relevant team to improve the account ODR.
