Job Requirements

Career Profile (examinations, graduation, occupation held within Bayer and externally ) -University graduate or comparable education -> 7 years professional business experience -> 5 years business process experience -> 5 years IT System design, development, implementation and support experience -International exposure Skill Requirements (professional and leadership experience, Passion to innovate | Power to change specific skil, technical skills, special trainings , soft skills) -Leadership capabilities -Thorough Consulting Skills (Professionalism, Analytics, Interpersonal Relationship Building) - Deep Knowledge of SAP SSF or SAP CRM for service module - Deep Knowledge of SAP FICO and the implications and interfaces with other modules. -Experienced in at least 2 full Bayer project lifecycles -Professional communication skills (presentation, negotiation etc.) -Knowledge of related Bayer Group Guidelines and Standards -Basic understanding of Bayer IT architecture and job related implementation strategy -Initiative to act on his own and work under pressure -English writing and speaking on adequate level -Ability to analyze complex processes and procedures, flexible and can do attitude.
