Job Requirements

• Project Management accreditation (i.e. ideally PMP, acceptable PRINCE2 practitioner). • Have managed, at least 5 projects in all project phases, having full responsibility for Scope, Cost and Time following a structured Project Management methodology. • Solid experience delivering deployment (Network Roll-out) telecoms projects into telecom operators in France. • Proven leadership skills, having managed teams in excess of 10 and having successfully dealt with motivation and difficult situations. • Desirable good knowledge of all or some of the following: Fixed, IP/Access, core, wireless, enterprise, Software . • Experience : +/- 8 years in the roll out with a successful experiment large network transformation projects • Linguistic abilities : English, French or Dutch strong written and verbal communication skills. • Business Awareness (i.e. Knowledge of customers and competitors in the telecom and datacom industry. Understanding of the value chain and how to create customer value) • Soft skills: Results focused, resilient, resourceful, supportive, open and objective.
