Job Responsibilities
1.Develop creative ad campaigns and manage projects to completion; 2.Set strategy for Advertising and Paid Media to boost brand awareness and drive growth; 3.Collaborate with Marketing, Content Production, Copywriting, Analytics, and Ad Buying teams; 4.Execute tests for engagement and conversion, analyzing and recommending improvements for global ad campaigns; 5.Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements across digital touchpoints.
Job Requirements
1.Experience in digital marketing and digital advertising; 2.Experience with ad buy and ad campaigns (with a focus on Google/YouTube and Instagram/Facebook); 3. Thorough understanding of native culture and values in targeted regions; 4.Proven ability to project manage, multi-task and deliver against deadlines; 5.Strong communication skills with the ability to cut through the clutter in a cross-functional organization and get stuff done on time; 6.Strategic thinking with the ability to quickly identify opportunities, prioritize and rally support and approvals; 7.Have a strong interest in intelligent hardware and robots; 8.Fluent English is a must.
