Overview
COONEO, founded by WUR (ranked first in the fields of agriculture and food, initiating/leading multiple EU smart agriculture and agricultural robot projects) PhD, is committed to making robot development more efficient and applying advanced AI, IoT, and robotics technologies to smart agriculture. This aims to enhance agricultural productivity to address global population growth, food crises, and agricultural labor shortages. It provides technological support for producing sufficient, healthy, and delicious food. Currently, the team has developed series of smart agricultural robots including RoboOX, YAK, NEOR and Stier, covering various production stages such as tillage, sowing, management, and harvesting. Multiple patents and awards have been obtained by the team. The application of smart agricultural robots will make agriculture more precise, efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable.
