Job Responsibilities

1. Handle the fund payment and obtain the fund payment and settlement documents to submit to the accountant according to the approved payment documents; 2. Timely inquire the collection information of monetary funds (including bills), the work of bills into bank accounts, and obtain the settlement documents of fund collection and submit them to the accountant; 3. Issue relevant local sales invoices according to business needs; 4. Responsible for submitting financial statements of the Group; 5. Responsible for handling bank affairs, preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements and filing them after accounting review; 6. Responsible for the binding and storage of documents related to the financial department; 7. Complete the temporary work arranged by the leader.

Job Requirements

1, college degree or above, major in finance, 2, familiar with the local bank settlement business, 3, skilled use of financial software and office automation tools 4, more than 1 year cashier related work experience, FMCG enterprise experience is preferred; 5. Chinese can be used as the working language, with good cross-cultural communication and coordination skills 6. Malaysia Work Permit 7. Familiar with the local financial declaration process in Malaysia
