Bachelor's Degree majoring in telecommunication engineering or electronics engineeringPossess recognized project management qualifications, such as PMI, would be an added advantageMinimum 6 years of project management experience in the telecommunication industryExtensive knowledge and experience in professional project management methodologiesExcellent negotiation and budget control skillGood communication and interpersonal skills.Good spoken and written in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
