Job Responsibilities

1, Familiar with Amazon/Ebay operation policy, able to operate Amazon/Ebay accounts independently. Take charge of the store management and account security, optimize product page and various store policies. 2, Analyze competitor's top selling listings, and then optimize&promote products accordingly. The content may include but not limited to title, product description and search terms optimization. To increase the conversion rate eventually. 3, Closely monitor the sales and rankings of products on the platform and make adjustments accordingly. Well perform at the advertising&promotion in and outside of the platform. 4, Closely monitor the review and feedback status of the store, invite customers to leave positive feedback and able to deal with the neutral and negative feedback. Check the store performance in time and ensure the account security. 5, Reply customer’s e-mail in time. Provide pre-sale consultation, tracking information and solve after sales problems. In the mean time, collect feedback or suggestion from customers and report to the related supervisor and sales. 6, Reach company's sales target.

Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate degree or above. It would be better if you have Amazon/Ebay operation experience 2. Good at English 3. Knowledge of Amazon/Ebay policies and regulations and familiarity with market product development methods and techniques 4. Be sensitive to business and business logic, have good logical analysis ability and systematic thinking ability, good cross-team communication ability;
